StaceyH, the ingredient list we have came from the brand's website & does not contain phenoxyethanol. Brands sometimes change their formulations so always compare lists with the product you have in hand to our lists.

I just looked at the ingredients on Amazon and it has phenoxyethanol in it which I am allergic to. That's not listed in the ingredients here.
