Teresa Crumpton, some ingredients are considered *multi-source* ingredients. For example, cetyl alcohol can be from palm, coconut, or vegetable oil (corn, soy, sugar beets). It can also be made in a laboratory or obtained from petroleum. If the manufacturer does not disclose the source it's derived from, we enter it without a source.

Anonymous, this ingredient list came from the brand's website (https://www.bioderma.us/all-products/atoderm/cream#composition-section). I just double checked and it looks like the list we have matches the brand's website and does not list phenoxyethanol as an ingredient. If you have this product in hand and it lists phenoxyethanol, can you please send an image of the front of the packaging and the ingredient list to sshelp@skinsafeproducts.com ? We would be happy to update the ingredient list. Thanks!

Unfortunately they have changed their ingredients. Phenoxyethanal is in it now. Update your app.
Hang tight. We're thinking.
